Permanent Placement
Nason & Nason has the flexibility to work on either a retained, partially retained, or contingency basis to match an employer’s need and timing requirements when seeking qualified permanent candidates. As a trusted partner in the search process, we are committed to securing long-term solutions. We have an extensive network of contacts and a world class, proprietary database of candidates from which to draw upon for our searches. We meet with each candidate to understand their professional objectives, assess their abilities and ensure a fit with our client
Temporary Assignment
We have a large base of candidates at our disposal who are interested in temporary assignments. Through Nason Temp Solutions, an employer can hire a candidate on a temporary basis, allowing both a period of assessment. We use the same screening and selection practices with our temps that we do with our permanent candidates, a strategy which results in highly competent employees. Temporary assignments frequently result in a permanent position. We specialize in long term temp professional level assignments. Our professional temps are in various levels of private banking, including direct relationship management, portfolio management, compliance, and back office securities.
Long-term contract
In certain circumstances, we offer clients custom-made hiring solutions which can include long-term employment contracts. The period of time is longer than the average temporary assignment and can be structured to meet the particular needs of employers. We work with our clients to accommodate almost any scenario.
Consulting
As former bankers and industry professionals, the Nason & Nason team understands what is required to achieve results and provide solutions to client needs. We offer a comprehensive and integrated array of consulting and advisory services that can be tailor-made to specific situations, including re-organizations, start-ups and human resource audits in the context of a merger or acquisition. We understand that personnel and other “soft” issues are critical to achieving success in these situations.
